How do you work so hard in school and have a social life, and still have time to workout like 4x a week?? I am really trying hard to balance it all but unfortunately my fitness has had to take a back seat and it really upsets me.. how do you squeeze it all in??

Don’t ever let fitness take a backseat, its a foundation for the rest of it. Social life-ehhh, don’t worry that will come. Concentrate on work. and working out. It will all make sense if you keep doing this. Sorry that is kind of ambiguous but I switched back with priorities for awhile and thats what I really fun. Work needs to always come first, and everything else will fall in line
