I have been reading for awhile, and once again we see another diet related post. Do you not accept responsibility for the readers who follow you? You are teaching people to eat one meal a day, to crash diet. No one cares that it was for a week- you are irresponsible for teaching your primarily teenage followers how to starve themselves.
